They’re gonna say either you come back to work or you have to find another job. It’s not wrongful termination. If you can’t physically do the work, if you do say, Okay, I’ll do it and then you work under these conditions and the work gets better. I guess it could be opened up to a workers compensation claim where they could say that my employer brought me back on knowing I had a shoulder injury and then you do manual labor that makes your shoulder injury worse, and you have to make a workers compensation claim through their insurance, which then raises their rates and ultimately in the long term burns them.
