Can You Trust Insurance Companies?

It’s an insurance company’s job to save money. It’s the adjusters job to save their insurance company money. So when you’re injured in an accident, their job is to give you the least amount that they think that you will take. We actually recently just had a case where the insurance company in pre litigation offered very, very little significantly lower than the medical record significantly lower than the damages and significantly lower than the policy. And we said, that’s not enough. We’re not even going to sit here and try to negotiate because you’re nowhere near where this case should land. We filed a lawsuit. We went through the discovery process and we were about to go to mediation when the adjusters called me and said, hey, what can we do about this? We ended up more than four times what they started at me before we even filed a lawsuit.
