Details of the Accident

Our client was unloading a truck in the parking lot of a business when she was struck by a “run-away” forklift. The defendant improperly parked a forklift on a hill, causing it to roll down the hill and pin our client in between the forklift and her truck. Our client sustained multiple pelvic fractures. In litigation, after a full denial of liability, we were able to obtain $750,000 for our client.
