Details of the Accident
Our client was riding a bicycle on a sidewalk crossing the entranceway to a large car dealership. As he was crossing the entrance, an employee of the dealership was moving display trucks and pulled out of the entrance-only lane and struck our client’s bicycle, throwing him to the ground. Our client sustained a fractured tibia/fibula that did not require surgery. We were able to obtain $375,000.00 for our client.
